    If I need to change the text from something that is in a plugin outside of the core geodirectory plugin do I just edit the .po file for that plugin and upload that as well?
    Also when translating how can you tell where occurrences of that word or phrase are? For instance if I wanted to change “Events” in the menu to “Find Events” how can I know that changing “events” in the .po file will only change “Events” in the top menu and not also change it in the bottom bar of the map or somewhere else in the site?

    Thank you for the translate information. I was able to do most of what I wanted with that.
    Adding the code to the function.php would allow me to change the title of the add listing page? I’m not looking to change the title. I wanted to add something under the * indicates mandatory fields. I was able to do this by changing the .po file.

    I was not able to change the text under the listing description field. There is no translation in the .po file for this. It there another way to change this?

    So godaddy managed wordpress is not a good option for complex sites. Got it.
    It seems that Paolo is not really a fan of godaddy’s hosting services in general.

    I was looking around at different hosting solutions and godaddy does have a linux based hosting solution that they claim to be reliable and fast. They’re support is really good from what I have experienced (always quick on the phone and helpful).

    Reading reviews has proven to be not very helpful as every review site seems to be paid by a different hosting company to say that they are the best.

    Do you guys have any suggestions for hosting? Are there any big reasons not to use godaddy?

    I had to roll the database from a backup to get those posts and pages back.
    Obviously the drafts are back as well. Let me know what the next step we should take is.

    Stiofan, all of my pages seem to have been stripped.
    My blog posts have also been deleted.
    Any idea what happened?

    have you guys stripped the test accounts from the database yet?

    It’s sending emails for notifications, but when I did a test for a user password reset it reset the password in the backend but never sent out the email for the user account to reset the password.
    So I couldn’t log in with the old email, but never got an email with the new one.

    Stripping the /’s will fix the formatting issue. I’ve tried using ascii codes for those instead but they are stripped and replaced with the symbol anyway once you save the field.

    Is there no way to use this symbol in any way?
