404 error when updating account details

    Hi,

    We are having an issue where when a user modifies their account details (on this page: getaboutable.com/account/) and selects ‘UPDATE ACCOUNT’, it displays a 404 page (although the details are actually updated).

    How can we simply redirect the user to their profile to avoid this 404 error page?

    this could be a permalinks issue. If resaving permalinks doesn’t fix it, please post your topic to https://userswp.io/support/ so we can find the problem.

    Thanks for your post. This could be permalink related and could you try resaving your Website permalinks? If not, share your Website WP Admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you asap!
