How can I have a category for different type of places?

    Example:

    30 Restaurants.
    30 Hotels.
    30 Beaches.
    30 Monuments.

The thing is that for every beach, there are is no (*required) email for example and there should be no email showing when viewing that category.

The same will happen with monuments, etc…

So, how can I have special categories that will not have email, phone, etc…

Just the place title, photos, description, etc… and hide the required fields that make no sense for that, like email.

How to custom show those places?

    Thanks.

    Hi P O,

Thanks for your post. Custom fields can only be configured on CPT’s and not categories. So achieving what you needed there isn’t possible without customization.

    Hello,

with price packages you can setup

    1. Which categories are included in package
    2. Which fields are included in package

    You can setup packages like

    1. Hotel premium – expensive – includes special categories, featured, extra fields (and leave out all restaurant fields)
    2. Hotel – free – includes one category, not featured( leave out all restaurant fields)

See these docs for more info about setup and managing packages
