Add-Ons Not Installing Properly

I’ve installed the Custom Post Types add-on and the Claim Listing add-on, but I can’t see anywhere to edit the options for them. When I see the tutorial videos, they show new items in the WordPress>GeoDirectory menu, but mine still appears as it did originally. It only lists Dashboard, Settings, Status, and Extensions. How do I access CPT and Claims options?
