From our developer:

Some of the admin pages are not displaying boxes, buttons, drop downs, etc. properly. It’s as if the admin style sheet is damaged or being overwritten by possibly a theme or plugin style. Can they tell us where the styles are kept for the admin so that we can try to troubleshoot? I have attached two examples, but there are many errors like this (see attached):
