    Hello, on the GMap for the homepage, there is the option to select all categories so that they all appear on the map. However, for CPTs, this option is not available. Is there a way that we can add the default option of “ALL” along the bottom of the map – in the CPT selector?

    Sorry, but that is not possible. CPTs cannot be shown on the map at the same time.

    Is this limitation based on the constricts of wordpress or geodirectory or can this be achieved with development?

    CPT are all in separate DB tables by design.

    It could be achieved with development, but it’d create performance problems.

    Sorry, I have one more question about this. How can I adjust the default cpt that is loading on the gmap on the homepage? I am not using the “Places” category, but each time the map loads, I get the message of no records found because the gmap loads the places category.

    Hold off on looking into this. I think it might be something else.

    Okay, it seems that I still do need help with this.

    To reiterate: How can I adjust the default cpt that is loading on the gmap on the homepage? I am not using the “Places” category, but each time the map loads, I get the message of no records found because the gmap loads the places category. To get any map markers to appear, the user will need to click on one of the other categories.

    Hi,

    you can select the default CPT for the map in design > map > Default post type search on map.
