You guys are heros and helped me before. I had a caching system, then added GD Boosters and ended up with a blank screen and you fixed it!

I’ve deactivated many plug-ins and minimized my features. I hired a guy on Fiverr to create a user location screen where you could track the users on their journeys. Not only has this not been accomplished, he added GeoMyWP, which gives a single, current location, and I’m wondering if that’s not the issue. Somehow, my pages have gone blank again. First it was all pages requiring a link. Now the front page is blank also. I deactivated the GeoMyWP and a couple other things I think he added that I didn’t recognize, but it’s not fixing.

Other than that I’ve been adding icons, categories, and things, but nothing significant that I can think of. Haven’t changed themes. He changed my front page and when I tried to put my original front page back I think is when I first noticed the pages going white.

It’s OurWorldSchools.com I have no idea where to start again 🙁

Post your WP admin and FTP details and we will have a quick look to see if it is something simple. Our support does not include fixing other people’s problems though, but like I said, it may be simple.

    Thanks

    1. The FTP login does not give access to anything.

    2. You should delete the caching plugin from HostGator before enabling GD Booster again.

    3. There are some strange locations like http://ourworldschools.com/location/fiji/all/all/ so you should clean up your locations a bit:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/#merge

    4. Geolocation will not work correctly until you install a SSL certificate:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/adding-a-ssl-certificate-to-your-website/

Everything seems to work fine if you disable GD Booster. If you get us correct FTP credentials we can delete the other caching, and turn on Booster again.

    Thanks
