    Hi Stiofan

The updated plugin didn’t show for me that day, I did keep refreshing. I tried again a day or two later and the update appeared. I installed that update. However I still get the message (attached).

I have tried logging-in with a different browser etc but no joy.

I hope you can help, do you have any thoughts?

Please try again, there was a problem and I have updated the version on your site.

Hi Alex, that works. At least the authentication with Google.

But now I can’t see the analytics block on the listing page, I could previously before these issues, but back then it was empty.

I would really appreciate it if you could help with this?

    Hi Mathew,

The GD analytics addon will soon be replaced with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/frontend-analytics/
Now might be the time to switch over, you might find it easier to use.

Thanks for the info, you can remove access now.

It looks like you have this same issue https://support.google.com/analytics/thread/20327611?hl=en

The permission I have on your account don’t give me access but it looks like you need to follow those instructions and remove the index.php from the default page input.

Let me know how u get on.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Thanks, well done for researching that (that was a set-up reference to the old website no doubt) I have never heard of that causing any problems before but there you go. I have removed that and although there is no data I can see light at the end of the tunnel as its showing ‘active user: 1’ now so looks good!

I guess it should be showing some stats, I will try to check again tomorrow.

I would guess that all the stats were with that index.php so now that its checking without it its basically like the stats are starting fresh. Maybe there is a way to change that in GA but i have never had this issue.
