    Is any data showing in your GA account?
    It can take some time to sync a new account.

    Yes its not a new account, data is showing in site-kit in the dashboard (please see attached).

    Hi Matthew,

    Geodirectory settings seems fine, addon seems updated.

    Please can you confirm if it is not GA view related issue in your google analytics.
    We have similar issue reported before. it was GA related issue.

    That user had to scrap their analytics account and start with a fresh one. I have a lot of useful data in analytics, so this is not something I can do. I wonder why the plug-in can conflict with Analytics accounts in this way.

    I spent time on this, what a shame it’s not useable and that listing owners won’t be able to see what exposure their listings provide.

    Thanks for your confirmation,

    I see lots of js error in console but I have done troubleshooting steps and it not seems like plugin conflict.

    I will give an another look. I will have to debug code for it.
    Please provide FTP details in private reply.

    Hi Matthew,

    I checked and not found any issue at the website end. Please allow us to test analytics with my own Google Analytics account settings in GeoDirectory > Settings > Google Analytics.

    Hi Matthew,

    FTP credentials are not working now, did you changed? Also make sure it has not any IP restriction enabled.

    Hi Kiran sorry I have unlocked the geo@ user again… and for 7 days this time, if you have a stable IP please let me know and I can unlock for that.
