I am not sure if these 2 errors are related. I have followed the GD directions 5 times to set up my API code. I only see my Google map if I don’t click the restrictions options. Also when I try to add a listing, it will only allow an address that matches my default address. Why?

How come I can only enter a listing or an event in my default town? Is there a setting I missed. We are building a directory of zoos worldwide and need to add global listings.

`1. Google site restrictions are explained here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key#key-restrictions

    2. To add listings outside your default location please install and activate the Location Manager addon and adjust the options at GD – Multilocations to allow listings outside your default location: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/

Thank you Alex, I have added the multi-location plugin. How do I set up the feature to Import Details from Social? I am receiving the error message “Something went wrong [104], the admin must authorize this app in the backend. Also see the attached screen shot.

Where do I go to authorize this?

    Thank you, C S

That error usually means pressing the “Connect” button in the social importer addon settings.

Social Importer documentation is here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/

You can review the settings at GD – Social Importer

At the moment FB has limited app access to the FB API, a situation well beyond our control, though we are monitoring for changes. Please stay tuned for more information; if changes are required to the plugin we will make them and release an update in order to comply with FB API requirements.
