    Hi,

Auto Updates doesn’t seem to be working for our site.

I have filled in the correct username and tried a bunch of different licenses in the license-field. Nothing seems to be working.

I tried filling in the license for these products: Membership, GD Dashboard, GeoDirectory Framework but none of them work.

    Help.

    Hello,

There is a plugin conflict that is hiding some of the WP Easy Updates information.

I will flag this for the developers to take a look.

Incidentally, you could try disabling Non-GD Plugins. Once you deactivate the plugin causing the problem, you should see the license button show up as noted here:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

I think it is probably LOco Translate, as it also shows/inserts options on the plugins page.

Normally there is a notification to install WP Easy Updates, not sure what happened there.

I tried disabling all other plugins, it didn’t work.

Loco Translate is not the problem.

OK, good to know. I have flagged this for a developer to take a look. Thanks for your patience while they check into it.
