Autocomplete has stopped working

    Autocomplete has stopped working in GD search boxes. I have no idea why. Grateful if you could check it for me.

    It looks like you may have even a third plugin loading Gmaps?

    We created a neat little utility plugin for situations like this.

    Please install it and let us know if it resolves the issue.

    the plugin Alex is suggesting, only works if you have a plugin that is trying to do Maps API calls without sending an API key.

    If GeoDirectory is installed, that plugin should never be needed.

    This is not the case here, I think there is a conflict between plugins.

    I flagged this for a developer and they’ll let you know asap.

    1 quick thing, did you try to generate a new API key from GeoDirectory > Design > Map and click the Generate API Key button?

    Maybe you are using an API key that doesn’t have the credentials enabled for the autocompleter.

    Also, did you add billing details for that project within the Google Maps Console?

    Google now requires billing to be setup. Please set it up and check again.
    Also, do try making a new key with our “Generate API Key” button to ensure all the permissions/services are setup properly.

    It is not easy/possible to tell just from the error we can see in the console if this has been done or not yet, for any given site (privacy etc).

    Can you please try to regenerate the API key through GeoDirectory and make sure it is the only key used?
