    Hi, Is there a way to include a blog post/welcome text to appear on the home page of the geodirectory as an introduction?

    Hi,

    GD home is made of widget areas (https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/), so the answer is yes. You could use a text widget for your custom message or a widget to fetch a post.
