Buddy press profile picture upload

    Hi there,

    When a user tries to upload their profile picture they are met by a red.bar with no explanation (see attached) I have allowed users to upload in the buddy press settings.

    Can you advise what I need to do?

    Hi,

    I would guess the error is an HTTP errir, but that would be a question for BuddyPress support.

    Unless it works when you deactivate all our plugins.

    Hi Paolo.

    Looks like it was the gd booster cache plugin that was preventing the image upload it works fine now I have disabled it.

    Do you know of an alternative cache or work around ?

    GD Booster will be retired with GDV1. We have a doc for applying WP Super Cache Settings (for GDV1).

    We recommend converting to GDV2 which should work with all major cache plugins.
