    Reviews are saved in wp_geodir_post_review.

Let us know what you have in there. If that table is missing or is empty, that’s why it isn’t working correctly.

If that’s not the problem, please move the website on a live server so that we can check.

    Thanks

Downloaded another version of the core, installed another database, populated it, no other plugins installed, didn’t change any settings and still not working.

Without having the option to see your install, there is no way we can help. I hope you can understand.

It was a straight clean install with no changes to anything. Just went straight to post and did a review. How can that not be straight forward? I did 4 clean installs and cleared my cache every time. What information do you need to see any further? WordPress installs the same every time. Activated geodirectory the same every time. Did nothing out of the ordinary. So what can you possibly do to a clean install? Seeing my install doesn’t make sense, if the only thing I did on 4 clean installs is make a review.

bragging about +10,000 websites isn’t fixing it. That’s not a fitting tone to have with a customer.

If it works on +10k websites and we can’t recreate your problem on our side, it means that there is nothing to fix.

Most likely, the problem is related to the localhost install and if you move to a live server everything will work as expected.

If you are not willing to install on a web server to check if the problem is your localhost, there is nothing else that we can do for you.

Should you wish to get a refund, just let us know.

    Thank you

Put it on a live server and it works. Is there any known issues that prevent it from working on local machines? ie, apache settings, php.ini settings…

I would guess your DB user lacks certain permission like creating tables or columns, i would try giving the DB user all permissions to check if it works.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
