    Okay.. here’s the situation

I am trying to figure out how to make users categories and what they can see based on whether they are buyers or sellers.

    Hi Will,

Thanks for your post. You can first setup the Listing packages following the instructions here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/ .

Then, once you’ve done that, you can install a membership plugin (S2membership) plugin that allows your customers to subscribe to view listings.

I was going to ask if its possible to limit the description size.. no of images etc per package. And I noticed in my website I can’t control this yet these options feature here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/

Please see attached, I am missing the fields that I have red arrowed. I have also attached a screenshot of my options.

    Hope you can help?

    Mat

Have you opened up the advanced options? Those fields are all ‘hidden’ in the advanced settings. Advanced settings, that’s the blue button in the top right of the packages edit screen.

If that isn’t the issue please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can take a look.

Ah thanks… sorry this has taken some getting used to as I have come over from a different directory platform.

Its clear this solution is very flexible, and to allow that flexibility of course there is more in the way of configuration settings (which I am getting my head around).

    Thanks for your help.
