Can no longer add places

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We moved our site to a new server and not we can no longer add places.
    When we use the “Add new” feature in places, it adds the location but does not save the location or any of the parameters and is not saving to wp_geodir_gd_place_detail. It is only saving to wp_posts (which is the data showing up).
