Can not import

    Hello – The past couple of days I have been importing several thousand listings. I went to import again and nothing is happening when I click the import now button.

    Hi,

    you only updated the core plugin, but all add-ons are old. You must install the wp easy update plugin https://wpeasyupdates.com/, add the license keys for all add-ons and you wll be prompted with updates alert.

    I installed the plugin. I do not see an area next to each plugin that shows where the license key would go or showing the license key would show up green. I added the code snippet but it is very possible it is not correct. Can you please take a look? Credentials to log in are above still. Thank you very much!

    Ok, I thnk the add-ons are so old that are still using the old auto update system.

    The only way to update them now is via FTP or via a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

    All the add-ons have been updated. I am still not seeing anything as mentioned before with the license key being green or seeing where the auto update button would be.

    Also tried to import again and the button did not work.

    Hi Jason,

    I really don’t understand why WP Easy Updates is not behaving as expected now. I asked to the developers to follow up.

    Just FYI, because of the new Pricing add-on, now the Invoicing plugin is required and you need to use the Invoicing add-on as payment gateways. Not the old GD Pyament gateways.

    I’ve installed them for you.

    The developers will inform you asap about wp easy updates.

    the developers will have a look at that too. Possibly provide FTP credentials too, because I fear both problem are related to server settings.

    Hi Jason,

    For WP Easy Updates problem found that “USM Premium” plugin causing that problem.

    For import problem during import i got “Internal Server Error” error in ajax request import. Let us provide FTP details to look into more.
