I do need that plugin, can I deactivate it get the updates and reactivate it..is that possible?

Yes you could, but the problem will re-appear when we release the next bath of updates. You won’t be alerted…

This is going to sound terrible here but I am very new to building websites. Where do I find my ftp info? I am being hosted by hostgator

You can ask that to hostgator support, they’ll provide the info.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I have successfully imported CSv file that you provided.
Can you check from your side?

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hi Kiran

Yes they imported on my side. I went to import more and again the button is not working when I click it. Should I be importing these through the the plugin or ftp? I have about 50,000 more listings to import. Thanks

You can only import them via plugin options. Please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, log back in and try again.

    Let us know,

    Thx

I have never had a problem with this until all of a sudden. It has nothing to do with my cache or cookies. As soon as I change the file size, anything under 50kb, the button works and imports listings. Anything over that up to 2mb I get no results. So how does this get fixed?

Could you please attach the latest CSV that you were unable to import?

    Hi Kiran,

You mentioned previously that I should go up to 512M memory. I suggested that to the host company but they cannot find what is taking up so much memory. To go to 512M I would need my own VPN or VPS, but they feel I might have the same issue with whatever is taking up the memory. As of right now my website is only half built with listings. You guys have been very good at pointing me in the right direction. Can you make any suggestions with the memory and the information I have shared? Thanks!

    Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/

You shouldn’t be using a shared server at all.

    Thanks
