Hi I want to remove the logo frm the email template in Settings>Design> Email template, but the Upload Image and Remove Image buttons do not work?

Also , Is there any way to reduce the size of the image as it is too huge, and where can i style the email eg. left align logo etc.

I cannot recreate that. Try a conflict test, that sort of thing is usually a plugin conflict.
