Cannot Update Plugins with Active Membership

    I have an active membership and cannot update several plugins. I’m getting the following errors:

    Update Failed: ( more info ) – Download failed. Unauthorized

    These are the plugins we cannot update:
    GeoDirectory Ajax Duplicate Alert
    GeoDirectory Compare Listings
    GeoDirectory Franchise Manager

    Hi Patrick Bolton,

    Thanks for your post. Could you please try deactivating and activating the license key and see if it fixes it? If the issue persists, kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply.

    Hi Patrick Bolton,

    Thanks for your reply. Kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check the update issue. If you use BuddyPress be sure to change the slug from search to something like directory-search in Pages > Search page > Edit, and change the slug or permalink there.

    Has GeoDirectory received any WooCommerce conflicts with the Supreme Directory update?

    We had to shut down WooCommerce on our website, only change from yesterday and today is our Theme was updated.

    We haven’t had any other reports about a conflict.

    Are you still having trouble updating plugins?

    If you haven’t already, try visiting WP Backend – Dashboard – Updates to check for updates.

    If the license says unauthorized, you can try deactivating and reactivating the license.
