    Hello GD-Support.

I have recently had some membership / subscription status issues that has now been resolved. Unfortunately I am still not able to upload category images anymore. I thought this issue would have been resolved alongside my membership problems, but it has not. The attached image shows the ‘create category’ backend. The button (marked red) won’t open up the media window, as it is supposed to and as it used to.
The console in this picture shows me some error message, with only disappears when I deactivate the UserWP Plugin.

    How can this be resolved?

    Hello,

this is usually a plugin conflict.
Could you try disabling non-GD addons and see if the functionality is restored?

Let us know how it goes

    Hi,

You have set Settings->AyeCode UI->Load JS to “Required functions only” which is not loading the JS for “popover” function and that’s the reason for the error. Can you change this temporary to “Core + Popper” and make the changes to categories? If you have a specific reason to set it to “Required functions only” then you may change back to this after making changes. We will figure out some solution for this and fix it soon.

    Regards,
    Patrik
