Cant Edit places on Enfold backend

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hello team.
    Great work so far.
    Pls, cant edit place on the backend of my enfold site.
    The place information tab is all grayed out.
    I have attached an image that depicts the problem.
    Looking forward to a fix.
