Can't set default location or download dummy data

    I just bought a membership and installed the core plugin. I am using the Elegant Themes Extra theme.
    I got a Google maps API key.

    I am on LiquidWeb Managed WP. I know it works on some but not others, but I have to use Managed WP so I wanted to try. I need their support. If I can’t get it to work I’ll just get a refund for my membership. At least I tried.

    No map appears on the set default location page. When I try to set the default location and enter the city, state and country, no matter what location I enter I get “no records found.” I have tried it without any plugins activated besides GD core and it still doesn’t work.

    I also can’t download dummy data.

    Any help appreciated.

    There is no wp-content folder at the root.
    Please give full path to the correct folder.
