Can't set default location or download dummy data

1. You need to add billing to your Google Map API project, see https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/directions/usage-and-billing
and https://wpgeodirectory.com/google-maps-platform-changes-directory-developers/

2. You should not add non-decimal geo coordinates when adding default locations: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#defloc

3. Some of your plugins may break things: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/

4. I set default location and added dummy data [you can only add dummy data after you set a default location].
