Categories not showing in Menu Option WP

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi. I have two category types-

    1. Community Organisations (using default Place and have changed the name of it)
    2. Halls and Venues

    When I go into WordPress Menu, I cannot see the categories associated with Community Organisations, yet Halls and Venues has it’s own section with categories showing. There are many categories added to Community Organisations. Can you advise please why this is? Screenshot attached.
