category for current location

    Hi,
    thanks for the wonderful plugin, it helps us everyday achieving our goals in terms of SEO.

    one minor issue that we can’t figure out is:
    when we select a location from the main menu say like Egypt, it displays the popular categories and the map and the listings in the content section and all is perfect.

    However when we press a category “while we are on a selected country” the slug changes to
    http://mywebsite/places/CategoryName

    What we are trying to achieve is, when the country is selected and we click on a category we get the following result:
    http://mywebsite/location/selected-country/region/city/category

    I should point out! When we chose a list everything is in the slug “country-region-city” and there are no problems in this regard.

    so we can’t figure out what is causing the issue, and we have developed our own plugin “wordpress IDE” to be able to deal with everything from the dashboard, but we don’t want to mess around with the core codes.

    Hi,

    your location manager is not up to date. Possibly other GD add-ons aren’t, I haven’t checked them all.

    updating location manager to 1.4.4 did fix the problem 🙂
