Change Sidebar for default

    Hello, I have installed gd v2, I use the avada theme and the default sidebar always appears, in gd-detail and gd-file. How can I change it to a geodirectory widget?

    Hi José Díaz,

    Thanks for your post. Do you mean that you’re trying to remove the “Default Sidebar” from the GD pages? If not, could you elaborate?

    Try adjusting the page template to make sure you have selected one with a sidebar.
    If that isn’t working, you can try an override with the design settings described here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/design/

    If that also doesn’t work please write back with WP Admin and we will check the settings. Be sure to include a link to a listing showing the problem, the name of the template with a sidebar, and a link to the template you are editing.
