    Hello,

    I have the multi ratings plugin installed as well as the core. I have also disabled the review stars for CPT.

    Is there a way to add the multirating features when I have disabled the review stars? Specifically, I would like users to be able to sort the comments as well as vote on the most beneficial, ultimately having the most beneficial appear at the top of the page.

    I don’t understand your second set of questions. You want to disable rating stars…and then enable rating stars? Try to set it up the way you want and let us know if you run into any problems.

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I’ll flip the question on you and see if it’s more clear.

    I want the # of comments to show up on the search landing page (https://planestrainsandtreadmills.com/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_airport&s=+&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=) exactly how it is when I “Disable Review Stars for CPT” on the dashboard.

    However, I also want to use the features that I get with the multi ratings app, which are disabled when I disable review stars for CPT.

    Question: Is there a way to update the search page so that it says # of comments instead of # of reviews exactly how it is when I disable review stars?

    Hello!

    For clarification, we will need to look at your site. Please make a private reply with your site URL and admin credentials.

    Let’s get a list of the things you want here:

    1# Comment icon with comment count to show up on listings (anywhere a listing shows)
    2# Comment list sorting (options exists, but is not active without Multiratings)

    Is that all correct?

    What are the criteria for sorting comments if not by rating?

    As you probably know, if a feature is not shown through the theme, it is mostly likely not present in the template is otherwise deactivated through the settings. This is as opposed to being hidden with CSS.

    Thanks Alex! let me put this on the back burner for a month or so. We’re about to launch a pretty large marketing push with the holiday season so I don’t want to accidentally mess up what we already have. Sounds like it’s not something that’s built into the functionality at this point.
