I have founded the solution.

It is itheme security that adds
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^$ [NC,OR]
in .htaccess

The solution is to desactivate Ban Users in itheme security.

Thank you, do you have any feedback with regard to the virtual tour not showing?

It used to work perfectly, then it stopped working. The moderator told me to clear the Booster cache which I did, it seemed to work for a day or so and then went blank again.
Have tried to clear the booster cash many times but it still does not play the virtual tour – it just shows the outline of it?

This is a very big problem that I cannot have happen all the time as our entire directory is based on Virtual Tours… Everything used to work great for the first about 7 weeks and now for that last few weeks then it shows then it doesn’t then it shows on a ipad then it doesn’t, then it shows on an android and then it does’t it is constant up and down? But now it is not showing at all just an outline on all devices.

it is happening with the virtual tour listings, if you go to http://www.bizlistings.co.za and you click on the first listing which is Nando’s – their video does not show, it looks like the image I attached, the video is not loading. It just shows an outline that there is a video but nothing happens it just stays white.

Does it load when you look at it?

I have not checked all of them but a lot more are working correctly now…
What I have done is deleted the plugin you mentioned on top as well as some other ones that were not being used. I also cleared the Booster Cache again after deleting the plugins and I did the updates but they are still not working – the Decor-Home-Design listing does not even show the outline of the video like the others do.

Is there something else that I can do that can assist in solving this problem?

Not sure if the other plugins are causing it – Additional plugins loaded that are not part of GD plugins is:

Jetpack

JQuery Mega Menu (not sure if I need that)

WP Statistics

SEO Yoast (I would like to use this plugin but it was not compatible with the previous GeoTheme so not sure if it would be Compatible with this one) It is not activated but can delete if you recommend.
