Couple of issues

    Hi!

    Please help me out with the following issues I cant seem to figure out.

    1.I want date of the event to appear on events on my Home Page, it is not showing right nor.

    2. On cpt’s, I want 12 ítems to appear and cant seem to figure this one out :S. It only shows 10 in the 3 grid view so there are 2 empty white spaces that dont look good.

    3. When registering, it is not sending the confirmaron email.

    Hi,

    1) You are using the wrong widget. Try the GD Event listing widget.

    2) Settings >> Reading >> Blog pages show at most (change to 12)

    1) I changed it but I have it so that it shows upcoming events but it actually shows all my past events, why?

    2) It worked, thank you!

    3) I donwloaded the plugin and it is not registering or showing the email logs. Please let me know how to proceed.

    Hi Paolo,

    Please let me know how I could fix the email server problem. Also, i have the events widget showing now but I have it so that it shows upcoming events but it actually shows all my past events, why?

    Hi,

    In Tools > Email Log I see more than one:

    [Pik A Yoga] New User Registration

    Are you sure it is not forwarded into the spam folder?

    If it’s not, the problem must be SMTP related, please try to install a SMTP plugin: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=smtp+plugin

    For the events widget, filter by must be : Upcoming. Now you have all.

    I was able to fix the SMTP error but the widget is on upcomming events and it is showing old events,please help me with this.

    Hi,

    I checked yesterday and you have the filter by set to ALL, not upcoming (there are 2 options).

    Yes, you told me that but I checked and it is on upcoming. See picture attached.

    For some reason it is showing events from October 2016.

    Please help.

    Hi Maria,

    the screenshot confirms what I’m saying.

    You have “Sort by” upcoming and “Filter by” all events

    You must have “Sort by” upcoming and “Filter by” upcoming.
