Like I said, both the 2 pages at
    GD > Permalinks > Home
    and
WP Settings > reading > front page
    have to be the same.

So I set both of them to “Home”.
I also set “Disable geolocate on first load:” to yes, otherwise there is little point of having a non-GD homepage.

You build GD pages at GD > design and with widgets.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/

If you want to create a custom page, you normally add shortcodes:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/location-manager-shortcodes/
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/custom-post-type-shortcodes/

You need to link to /location to link to your directory.

For translation, you name the folder in the languages folder the same as the folder name of the plugin.

For your detail pages like http://www.colombiaaquiya.com/restaurantes/united-states/new-york/new-rochelle/hotels/chestnut-hill-hotel/
it seems you have some plugin conflicts.
I’ll need to get Paolo to look at that. Try de-activating non-GD plugins until it fixes itself.

This is an example detail page: http://wpgeo.directory/hotels/united-states/illinois/chicago/3-stars/acme-hotel/

    Hi,

the detail page is not loading because there seems to be a PHP error on that page.

Do you have access to your server error log? If yes, please attach a copy here so that we can solve this.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Please find attached a copy of the error_log found in my wordpress root folder. Just an FYI the other day I disabled the two plugins I was told were conflicting. I did ask, I thought, about what the conflict was. Can someone explain what they think is conflicting so I can figure out a work around?

    Log is attached.

I saw after submitting the log file that it is not permitted. I am going to zip it. The file is only 8kb before compression.

This is the error: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strpos() in /home/colombia2015/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/custom_functions.php on line 119

You need to ask your server admin to install the missing php modeule: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9692157/php-missing-mb-strpos-function

    Thanks

Well good for me I am the system admin. Is this something that should have been installed to work with your product/products? Thanks.

    Hi,

it is not a default php extension, but it is normally installed in 99% of servers setup for WordPress.

    Thanks
