    I created a Category Titled “Accommodations” and then created a “subcategory” titled ” 5 Star Hotels”.
    1. Why does the subcategory ” 5 Star Hotels” display as a Popular Category?
    2. Can this not be like this?
    3. My goal is to show the “Primary Category” e.g. Accommodations and then once people open this category they can choose the type of accommodations they want e.g. a 5 Star Hotel.
    4. Is this possible?

    Hi,

    not with the popular catgeory widget. That will show categories with higher number of listings regardless if they are parent or sub catgeories.

    You should be able to do that with the widget: GD CPT categories. Show max sub-categories depth: set to 0.

    Thanks but once I’m at the GD CPT Categories widget what do I do?
    There are several sections:
    GD Home Top Section,
    GD Home Content Section
    etc

    Q: Which one do I select?
    Q: Do I add widget?
    Q: Then what?
