Creating pages for each category of places

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve created several categories of places, each category has also several subcategories.

    For example : The category “Dancing school” has 2 subcategories : “Zumba”, “Chacha”.
    I’ve got another category named “Dancing shop”.

    I’d like to create a page for each category, with a Google Map, filters and listings already filtered with the right category.

    How can I do that ?

    hi,

    no need to create them, they are created automatically.

    yoursite.com/places/category-name

    They come with listings and sorting filters and you can add the listings page map as a widget.

    Hi!
    Thanks for the quick answer. I had to work on a different projet these past few days but I’ve been able to test your URL today. It works really great.

    But I don’t understand which page I have to modify to add the widget “Listings page map”. Can you help me with that ?

    GD > design > Listings
    That is the Listings/category template.
    So you can add the widgets to the GD Listings section.

    Thanks, I’ve read everything but I only have the option “Show the top section of listing page” checked. I don’t find the place where I add the map widget on the top section.
