CSV Import – Phone number not importing

    I’m trying to do a simple CSV upload for new listings. Everything works perfectly except for the phone number field.

    Yes, I’ve thoroughly noted the warning not to edit the CSV in Excel 🙂 – even when I download the sample CSV and immediately import it with no changes, the sample listings don’t show up with phone numbers. The phone number field on the new listings is just blank.

    Any ideas? Thank you.

    Thanks for your post. This isn’t a known issue and could you share your CSV file here along with your Website WP admin access?

    The sample CSV is not valid for importing new listings.

    Instead, export current listings, merge data into that CSV without changing columns, and then import.

    Glad you got it working!

    No, lat/lon is not required. You will get the best results with a google geocoding key.

    They will be proceessed as best as possible. You can turn on your debug log to see detailed errors.
