CSV Import problem

    Hello, I have just started using the plugin and I have problems with the .csv upload. I followed the instructions (using Open office) and for a test started to re-import the sample data, which I think should work without a problem. However I receive the error that the csv file is not valid.

    Could you help me understand?

    Hi Alex, thank you very much for your reply! I thoroughly read the other post and tried again, but I still receive the same message, that the file is not a valid csv file.
    I use Open office. I downloaded the sample file and selected separator by comma and text delimiter as “.
    I tried to upload again, but receive the error message.
    Do you have any idea what is could be?

    Further a questions, the top row with the Post id etc. is uploaded as well right? I tried both ways, but it did not work.

    Did you install the plugin mentioned in the doc or another fix?

    Hi Alex, sorry for that. You are right, after installing the plugin it worked. Thanks a lot for your very quick support.
