CSV Import Upload Fail

    I’m trying to upload a CSV file with many shop locations. When I try to upload the .CSV file to the GD Listings area, it responds with this error.
    Array( [error] => Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.)x

    Here is what I’ve done so far:
    – Downloaded OpenOffice to open and edit the CSV files
    – Followed the instructions on using , for separations and ” for delimiter
    – My own file resulted in the error above, so I used the sample CSV that I downloaded directly from GD and tried to upload that with the same error.

    How do I fix this?

    That was my issue also and I spent couple hours trying to figure it out. You should add this to the instructions to save future users the frustration.
