    Hi,
The add-listing form fields are controlled in my case from “Services->Settings->Custom Fields”.

I don’t want my form to require a image, so I go to “Services->Settings->Custom Fields->Images” and uncheck the “Is required” field and then save. But in the add-listing form the “Select Images” has a red star next to it marked as required? Why? How can I remove the required star from “Select Images”?

I also want to make the email required and the check the “Is Require” check box for the email an the red star never appears on it.

It looks like my changes are not taking effect. When I click on save it takes a while close to a minute before I get a popup that asks to “Wait” or “Exit Page” and I click on “exit page” and then on “Reload” the selection that I made seems to have gotten saved but the change does not take effect on the front end.

Can you please look at this and suggest what might be going wrong here?

    Thank you.

Images were still set as required: Fixed
Email was set as not required: Fixed

You could try a staging site on a different host to see if the site has the same issue.

    Hi @rigots,

    while proceeding with troubleshooting steps,
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test

I saw an error comes up on site.

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

please ping your server support to fix it. if it due to misconfiguration of mysql.

also please send FTP and Cpanel to proceed it further.
    Thanks
