Detail template – add image triggered by category

    I had this running in v1 but am now finally migrating to v2 and don’t know how to do it – suspect there are suitable hooks and actions.

    I have an additional category for some entries. When an entry is tagged to this category, a special image is displayed on the detail page (1) next to the post title and (2) in the sidebar.

    Any pointer would be much appreciated.

    You can use a Badge to do things like that.

    You would want to make a badge based on the category, then put some html for the image in the badge=””

    Excellent, thanks, Alex. I hadn’t realised the badge was so flexible – means I’ve been able to do it just by playing with shortcodes in the GD Archive Item template.
