Different Appearance for Featured Listings?

    Is there a way to customise the appearance of featured listings by giving these for example a thicker border and a different background colour than the unpaid ones?
    Our paid listings should always be on top and be visually distinctive from the unpaid ones. The “featured” banner that can be created via the Prices & Payments plugin is not sufficient for our purposes.
