    Hi,
is there any way that I can display a different menu to different pages in Geodirectory? I found how to add menu locations, but I wanted to use a plugin, e.g. conditional menu, to assign the menu(s) to different pages, but it does not work like that?

I guess it requires a customization, but I was looking for a workaround.

    Thanks!

    Hi Kristjan,

Thanks for your post. Yes, you’ll need a 3rd party plugin to achieve this or customization.

    Thanks!

To display contextual content in the header or footer you will need a theme or a builder that can apply settings to specific pages, like an advanced builder, and a theme made to work with the builder.

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/builders/

So, the issue is probably not with GD itself, but you should see if the plugins you want work with another theme or perhaps the plugins have a theme they recommend.

Excellent! If you already have the builder, that’s a great solution 🙂

Hi Alex, just one question – I see that the site logo is not picked up by elementor for the menu bar. I researched online whether other users experience the same problem when using elementor, but the only answer I could find mentioned theme compatibility. It seemed strange to my since I thought that the site logo is standard in any wordpress theme, but since you might know more I wanted to ask whether you know anything about it. I could simply use an image, but just asking anyway.

    Thanks a lot!

No, but, usually a theme either is or isn’t designed to work with a particular builder, so, some form of incompatibility there is probably a good bet.
