    How do I set V2 supreme directory to display satellite view by default?

    Seems I’d have to go into each place and manually set it from road view to satellite…hope not.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for your post. If you’re using a shortcode to display the map, you can add this parameter below. If it’s a widget, check out the widget option shown in the attached screenshot.

    maptype="SATELLITE"

    If you are using the default tab, you can remove that and then add a shortcode and set the GD Map options in the shortcode the way you want.

    Ive edited my locations page like this

    [gd_notifications][gd_categories][gd_map map_type=’auto’ maptype=”SATELLITE” width=100% height=300 search_filter=1 cat_filter=1 post_type_filter=1][gd_search][gd_listings post_limit=10]

    Hi John Marston,

    Thanks for your reply. I’m not sure if you’re doing this correctly and could you share your Website WP admin access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

    In the image above Kor showed you the setting.
    Did you set the map type to Satellite in the widget? That is how you do it.

    From what I could see there wasn’t a satellite option in the widget

    Hi John,

    Thanks for your reply. It’s working now. I’ve checked your Website and it looks like you’ve not configured your map widgets to use “Satellite Map”. You can enable it by clicking on the advanced icon as shown in the attached image.
