Downgrade to..

    Hi on a couple of packages I can’t select anything other than ‘Expire’ in the ‘downgrade to’ option. Please see attached.

    Please can you tell me what I should change?

    Downgrades can only be a non-recurring free package in that CPT, so, set one of those up if you haven’t already.

    The problem is that if I set my free package to be no-recurring, these listings expire, I don’t want the free listings to expire though!

    I hope you can help?

    You can create a free package with an unlimited time period, that is the workaround.

    These are hands-off actions the site is taking when the listing expires, and they cannot require any interaction from the user when they go into effect.

    We also have an option to allow renewal of free listings, “Renewal for free package?” in the Pricing Tab.

    Packages are adjusted on the package tab, not on the item in Invoicing
