Downgraded Listings Retaining Features

    Hi,

    We are finding that some of our listings that were posted in a certain price plan with specific features (number of images allowed, video vs. no video), seem to be retaining those features even when downgraded to a package that does not allow for those features.

    Saw a similar topic posted but wasn’t our exact issue and attempt at fix didn’t seem to work. Hoping you might have a suggestion for us to review for a possible solution.
