    deactivated old location manager

    uploaded and activated new location manager

    Hi Scott,

    One of plugin breaks admin footer for editor users. So the scripts included via admin footer can not loaded and it breaks rest of JavaScript functions on page.

    Please try one by one plugin to find which plugin causing this problem.
