    Hi Giovanni,
    it seems like file permission issue.

    I am not able to set the file permissions using FTP.
    so can you please set proper 755 permissions to WP folders from cpanel.
    you can use this article as an example

    Let me know if problem is not solved.

    Hi Naveen, all the files/folders already have the right permission 755.
