Good Day,
Please could you assist me with the following:
When I try to load places or events from my add listing page on the frontend, I have to load the information 2 / 3 times and submit before it actually lists as a draft.
If I preview and click back to edit, I loose all the previously captured information.
At the moment I am trying to edit listings on the back-end and it keeps adding a new draft of an existing listing. (M A K Design)
When I try to edit a listing (Lykkelig som Liten) it keeps changing it from a free listing to a basic listing and then it doesn’t save all the changes with uploaded image when I click publish.
Thank you

October 1, 2017 at 12:28 pm #398387You get -1 and -2 etc because you are submitting listings with the same title, similarly to this:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/why-do-my-locations-get-a-1-at-the-end/I cannot see anything wrong, but you should not use the BACK button of your browser, but the “Go back and edit” button on the page.
The problem is the “Mobile App Manager” plugin. It is breaking GD.
Thanks
October 5, 2017 at 7:56 am #398933Yes I can understand that about similar listings but something is wrong on trying to submit listings. It doesn’t register as being listed so I try again and then I get errors.
I have deleted the Mobile App Manager but yet am still having issues submitting events. After reviewing the listing and clicking submit it just goes to my homepage without listing. After retrying then it lists and goes to draft (as it should).
With regards to going back, yes, it is when I click “go back and edit” that all information is lost.

October 5, 2017 at 11:57 am #398985I have submitted 3 test listings now, and never a problem.
Can you explain step by step what you do that gives the error?October 6, 2017 at 10:40 am #399227I only receive one email of the three test listings you referred to above.
While I am logged into the frontpage, I try and add an event. I pull the information from a facebook page, update the balance of the information not pulled though and click review. Page directs to preview and then I click publish. The page then just directs to my homepage withougtadding an event. There is no error message either and everything entered for the event to be listed is just lost.

October 6, 2017 at 1:07 pm #399262I’ve just tried logging out of my frontpage from my wordpress admin user account and have logged in with another account i have for the frontpage and that works fine. That makes no sense as I’ve used my wordpress admin account before on the frontend to add listings.
