    Hello,

    This is just as frustrating for us as it is you and I’m sorry to bother you with this, however, we’ve tried adding fields, taking away fields, with no luck. We simply added the 12000 post_id in attempt to run a successful import. The file attached has no post ID but still fails.

    1 / 9 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type.

    We’ve noticed despite the flagged error on import the entries are showing on the front end. Would you be able to identify then what the error is pointing to?

    Invalid characters in “pet comforts”: Burns Dog��Food
    As soon that is changed to Burns Dog’ Food it worked

    OK, well that’s interesting as that entry was exported but doesn’t like being re-imported. So are we saying no entries can contain the single apostrophe ‘ ?

    It can be a single apostrophe, but not a curly one.
    I am guessing you pasted from Word or something into the description before exporting it?
