Hi,I have a problem with the feature image of a place. I tried to configure in GeoDir>Design>Home selecting or not “Resize image large size” but it does not change that the image at the top for a place display is pixellised.

Note that when no image is selected in Place Attachement, then the default image that is also tha background of the Supreme them is perfectly displaied. But then no image is displaied in the listing.

Could you inform how to tune the image to get a clear and clean image for a place ?

    Thanks for your support,
    BR, Cora

    hi,

what’s the size of the image that you are uploading? We suggest minimum width 1400px.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

currently you are resizing it at 1024 width: http://visual.levillage.org/opticiens/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/205_optique-visual-lambersart.jpg

Please see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/supreme-directory-overview/ in particular the Listing Detail Page section.

    Thank you,

    The GeoDirectory Team

    Hi,
I check that resizing is enabled in GD Design Home,
I changed the media large size to 3000 in settings of wordpress,
Still it is using a resized image to 1024 as you mentionned in your answer …

Is there any other setting to chek ?
Very BR for your support and your time, Cora

3000 is really too much, 1400px or max 1920 will do. After changing the size setting, you need to delete the image and re-upload it or it will keep on using the image uploaded previously.

    Thanks

I deleted the file from server and reloaded again, seems OK now, initial image is not so good quality … thanks a lot for your patience and support, BR, Cora
