Featured image question and WPML question

    Hi,

    1. Featured image

    I’ve seen several questions about the “map image” on the front page but they are all quite old so i had to make a new question about it. Hope its ok.

    Question:
    Is there any way at the moment to change that image from wp backend? Now what i have done is that I have replaced the featured.jpg to another picture in image folder and it changed one time(but not directly, very odd) but as i change it again wont change att all, and i suppose it will override anyway when i update the theme so thats not the way I want to do it.
    So, any help on this?

    Cant sadly link the page here as im making the page on my laptop locally at the moment.

    2. WPML

    Im also using WPML to translate it. I have translated a lot to finnish allready but one text i cant seem to find is Place Tags -> cant translate that…? (images 1 and 2)

    3. OpenStreetMap

    I tried first with Google API but as my site is not https atm i had to switch to OpenStreetMap.
    My problem is that when i add new place, it gets stuck (check third image).
    I write the address, and when i press enter, i cant give the postnumber, it return a box with message: select any city …… (check images 3 and 4). And i cant get the place to show on map, and cant go on with the listing.

    4. Footer
    How can i change the footer txt without making changes to the code on php-files? When updated it overrides my changes atm.

    That map question and featured image are priorities no 1 now. But appreciate all answers.

    I am guessing you are talking about the Supreme theme.

    3. OpenStreetMap
    With the free version, you can only add listings in your default location, you will need the Location Manager if you want to add listings in other locations: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/location-manager/
    Also, working locally will mean a lot of things often cannot work as intended.
    Moving to a live server will solve some of those issues.

    About the map (OpenStreetMap), you wrote that i can only add places in my own location. Does this mean that if i have for example a city or smaller place as default location, i can only add places on that same name. (for example Seattle -> Can only add places that are in that City, not New York etc other cities). This is a bit weird, as a city can have suburbans with whole different name if is works like this. What add-on do i need to use it in all cities inside my country then?
